Job Description
Job Title: Technologist
Profession: Technologist
Specialty: Multi-Modality Radiology
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights Friday, Saturday/Sunday
Hours per Shift: 10-12 hours
Experience: Minimum 15 months of current experience in CT / Computed Tomography
License: Iowa Radiology license preferred; non-licensed applicants may apply for license upon acceptance
Certifications: BLS, ARRT
Must-Have: Work history/resume must have 24 months of current CT / Computed Tomography experience
Description:
Quickly interviewing viable candidates.
Phone call or text communication is expected.
No candidates are local within 90 miles of the designated facility.
Any past employee of the organization is not eligible to work in travel positions within another market.
Contractors are required to work 1-2 out of 3 upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed.
The unit performs 15-20 scans per day.
Expected equipment experience includes GE and Siemens.
Scrubs are required to be black and solid.
Active BLS certification is required.
ARRT registration in Radiography and Computed Tomography is required.
X-ray experience is highly preferred.
A professional reference from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director is preferred.
