Job description

The successful candidate will supervise the daily operations of clinical and non-clinical areas.  Monitors the continuity of operational systems, procedures and service standards and provides leadership, direction, and guidance to staff. Assists with monitoring and managing department budgets.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training or experience).  A minimum of 3 years medical office management or supervisory level experience, preferably in a multi-site practice, is required.

Skills and Experience: Proven strength in a lead/supervisory role in a clinical setting.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.  Ability to work with all disciplines.  Ability to meet organizational goals and initiatives and deadlines.  Electronic Medical Record experience required.
