Job Description: Ping Access Mangement Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ping Access Management Developer with over 3 years of experience in implementing and managing identity and access management solutions using Ping Access, Ping Federation, Ping ID, and Ping Directory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols and be proficient in troubleshooting and integration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions using Ping Identity suite (Ping Access, Ping Federation, Ping ID, Ping Directory).

- Configure and manage authentication and authorization protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.

- Implement and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.

- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and provisioning issues across various systems.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs for identity services and automation.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate IAM solutions into CI/CD pipelines.

- Manage and maintain LDAP directories and ensure secure access controls.

- Document technical configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience with Ping Access, Ping Federation, Ping ID, and Ping Directory.

- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC.

- Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation and support.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting identity and access management issues.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and CI/CD pipeline integration.
