About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Director - Americas to lead commercial strategy and execution across a diverse, high-growth region. In this role, you will lead a remote sales team (Americas and LATAM), oversee LATAM business development, and manage a strategic key account.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in translating global strategy into regional success-driving sustainable growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Drive Strategy & Growth
  • Lead and execute the Americas commercial strategy aligned to global objectives
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Expand sales activities to deliver long-term, profitable growth

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Manage, coach, and develop a remote sales team across the region
  • Set clear priorities and build a culture of accountability and performance
  • Support career development and performance management

Manage Key Accounts
  • Own a strategic customer relationship and drive revenue growth
  • Partner with customers to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions
  • Ensure strong satisfaction, retention, and long-term value

Collaborate Across the Business
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Represent the Americas region within global sales leadership
  • Align cross-functional efforts to deliver go-to-market excellence

Drive Business Development
  • Lead LATAM business development initiatives
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Translate market needs into innovative solutions with internal teams

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field
  • Significant experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven success leading regional or multi-country strategies
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Ability to travel to ~30% with in the US and some international
