Job Summary:

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build integrations, automations, and applications that enhance operational efficiency and client service. This role involves working with a modern tech stack and collaborating with various stakeholders to solve operational challenges.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, build, and deliver integrations that automate the flow of data across our internal systems and external partner platforms
โ€ข Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines that move and transform data across systems, with strong attention to data quality, observability, and reliability
โ€ข Develop SQL-based data models, queries, and stored procedures to support reporting, integration, and application needs
โ€ข Maintain and evolve existing MuleSoft integrations while contributing to the migration toward modern, code-first integration patterns
โ€ข Build custom applications and components that solve business problems and remove operational friction
โ€ข Develop AI-enabled features and workflows, including LLM integration, automation, and digital worker use cases
โ€ข Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and set expectations
โ€ข Lead full-lifecycle delivery on Agile projects: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment
โ€ข Contribute to code reviews, technical standards, and engineering culture
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 4-6 years of full-stack software engineering experience
โ€ข Strong fluency in modern stacks: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud-native development
โ€ข Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and data modeling across relational databases (SQL Server, Postgres, or equivalent)
โ€ข Hands-on experience designing and operating ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows
โ€ข Object-oriented design and development experience
โ€ข Experience integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, and integration middleware
โ€ข MuleSoft experience strongly preferred; familiarity with other middleware (Boomi, Informatica) also welcome
โ€ข Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also welcome)
โ€ข Track record of designing solutions that bridge current and desired states, and delivering them end-to-end
โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable working directly with business stakeholders

โ€ข Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Financial Services Cloud)
