We specialize in investment reporting, alternative investment data management, outsourced COO services, back-office operations, and trading support. Our mission is to simplify complex operational workflows so advisors can spend more time serving clients and growing their businesses.


Role Description

The Investment Operations Associate will support investment reporting, client service, portfolio administration, trading support, and back-office operations for RIAs and wealth management firms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with investment data, technology platforms, and client-facing operational processes.


Qualifications:


  • MUST have experience in using Addepar. Please DO NOT apply if no experience.
  • This position is "on-site" in Stony Brook, NY.

·        Prepare investment performance reports using Addepar and Black Diamond.

·        Maintain client portfolios and reconcile investment data.

·        Monitor asset allocations, cash balances, and investment restrictions.

·        Assist with trade execution, trade blotters, and trade confirmations.

·        Process account paperwork and coordinate client onboarding.

·        Communicate with custodians, advisors, and clients regarding account activity.

·        Support alternative investment reporting and document collection.

·        Maintain accurate client records and reporting databases.

·        Provide exceptional client service while ensuring operational accuracy.

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
