Assistant Superintendent (MTA) - Heavy Civil will be a pivotal hire and is open due to growth. Client Details Our client is a leading general contractor with a reputation for high quality, and robust MTA construction projects. Their projects range in the $50M - $100M+ range, and are generally multi-year projects. The Assistant Superintendent (MTA) - Heavy Civil is open due to growth, and will have a a long runway to being promoted to Superintendent. This project will be in New York, New York - but the general contractor completes projects in the New York, New York metropolitan area. Description Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing daily construction activities on-site. Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress and address any issues. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
