Southern Health Partners is seeking a confident, experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Medical Team Administrator role at the Clark County Jail in Indiana. This is your opportunity to move beyond bedside care and drive clinical operations while continuing to make a difference with every patient interaction.

Position: RN Medical Team Administrator
Schedule: Monday - Friday
What You'll Do
  • Provide direct patient care while overseeing daily clinical operations
  • Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment progress
  • Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional guidelines
  • Ensure provider orders and treatment plans are carried out accurately
  • Respond effectively to medical needs, emergencies, and urgent situations
  • Maintain compliance with State Scope of Practice and facility policies
  • Serve as a key link between nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership
