Medical Team Administrator role at the

Position: RN Medical Team Administrator
Schedule: Monday - Friday
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care while overseeing daily clinical operations
- Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment progress
- Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional guidelines
- Ensure provider orders and treatment plans are carried out accurately
- Respond effectively to medical needs, emergencies, and urgent situations
- Maintain compliance with State Scope of Practice and facility policies
- Serve as a key link between nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership
