• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of patients’ psychological and emotional needs to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing clients' well-being, including individual and family counseling.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with healthcare regulations, ensuring patient privacy is safeguarded at all times.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with an interdisciplinary team to offer comprehensive, evidence-based care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health needs and available resources, helping them navigate their care journeys.
• Stay informed on the latest research in mental health and hospice care, adapting approaches as needed for best practices.

You will work primarily with patients in a hospice setting, serving individuals dealing with terminal illnesses. Your role will focus on providing emotional support and mental health services to patients and their families, helping them cope with the psychological strains associated with serious health conditions. • A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution is essential.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada is a must.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, demonstrating your capacity to handle sensitive emotional situations.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based interventions, with a proven record in similar settings.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and families.
