OVERVIEW
JOB TITLE: Graduate Research Assistant
LOCATION: St. Paul Campus
PAY RATE: $18.00 per Hour (position is available for 45-75 total hours for the academic year)
JOB SUMMARY:
The St. Thomas MSW program is pleased to offer graduate research assistantships for the upcoming academic year (2026-2027). Successful candidates may support faculty in the scholarly activity of the school related to library/literature searches, field research, project management, curriculum development, teaching and technology. Specific duties dependent on hiring faculty.
Applicants should indicate any research skills and experience with any of the following in their application materials: online database searches, SPSS, data collection, data analysis, content analysis, presenting research results, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
This position is only open to currently enrolled, degree-seeking students in the Master of Social Work program at the University of St. Thomas.
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience with statistical software
