We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused System Engineer to join our team and support a diverse client base across modern cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and AI technologies.

If you're passionate about technology, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, automation, AI, and helping clients succeed, we'd love to hear from you. This is a hybrid position. Candidate must be local to the Cleveland area.

What You'll Do

·       Provide remote and onsite technical support for client environments.

·       Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, networks, printers, and business applications.

·       Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and Azure environments.

·       Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration.

·       Monitor and respond to system, backup, and security alerts.

·       Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and technology deployments.

·       Create and maintain technical documentation.

·       Develop and support automations using Power Automate, PowerShell, APIs, and related technologies.

·       Utilize approved AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, and ChatGPT to improve efficiency, documentation, research, and service delivery.

·       Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

·       Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

 

Qualifications

Required

·       Minimum 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.

·       Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

·       Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and networking fundamentals.

·       Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

·       Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

·       Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA systems.

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.

·       PowerShell scripting or automation experience.

·       Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.

·       Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

·       Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent.
