About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to manage and lead 2-3 hybrid programs between contingent workforce, SOW and EOR solutions. These are all unique solutions including delivering services in partnership with other service providers. Looking for someone who is flexible and versatile to manage these kinds of unique solutions. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving supplier engagement, talent quality, and measurable performance outcomes.



Responsibilities:



  • Client & Program Leadership - Serve as the onsite leader managing all aspects of the contingent workforce program.
  • Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding business goals and evolving workforce needs.
  • Manage a program team to deliver desired goals and outcomes.
  • Partner with client leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that address talent shortages, seasonal peaks, and production demands.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and provide workforce analytics insights to inform strategic decision-making.



  • Operational & KPI Management
  • Drive delivery excellence across all KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, fulfillment rate, turnover, and supplier performance.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to measure and communicate program health and outcomes.
  • Implement process improvements that enhance speed, efficiency, and compliance across the hiring lifecycle.



  • Supplier Engagement & Performance
  • Manage a network of staffing suppliers across key functional areas, including assembly, sheet metal mechanics, engineering, quality inspection, logistics, and skilled trades.
  • Maintain a curated supplier ecosystem that ensures agility, scalability, and talent quality.
  • Conduct supplier business reviews to drive continuous improvement, alignment, and accountability.
  • Foster supplier partnerships that prioritize workforce diversity, quality, and innovation.



  • Talent Quality & Workforce Optimization
  • Establish clear standards and quality metrics to ensure the delivery of highly qualified talent.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop sourcing strategies for critical skill areas within manufacturing and aviation sectors.
  • Drive initiatives to improve candidate retention, onboarding effectiveness, and overall worker satisfaction.



  • Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure program operations adhere to all legal, compliance, and client policy requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support audits, governance reviews, and executive reporting.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale contingent labor or MSP programs.
  • Proven success in client relationship management and supplier performance leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a program team to meet SLAs and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in KPI management, workforce analytics, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
