What You'll Do

As a DDE, you will play a pivotal role in the Business Alignment team, collaborating closely with Account Managers to:

Craft tailored IT proposals and work plans that align client needs with MSP best practices

Source hardware, software, and services while optimizing margins and pricing

Leverage tools like QuoteWerks and centralized documentation to build rock-solid solutions

Join KT meetings, internal huddles, and project reviews to ensure transparency and alignment

Track KPIs, contribute to standards development, and continuously level up your technical skills
