The HT Group has an IT Services client in Rochester, MN looking for a Customer Service Representative who is organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented to serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating service requests, dispatching technicians, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Create, prioritize, and manage service tickets within the company's ticketing system.
  • Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch field staff based on customer needs and service priority.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, perform data entry, and support administrative workflows.
  • Assist with procurement activities, vendor coordination, and preparing customer quotes for products and services.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service, dispatching, administrative, or help desk experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn CRM and ticketing systems.
