Prescient Edge is seeking a Future Operations SME to support a federal government client. Description: * Assist the Marine Raider Regiment (MRR) Future Operations Officer (FOPSO) in unit evolution, transformation, and experimentation of the MRR by bridging the MARSOC Combat, Development, and Integration (CD&I) staff section with the MRR, Marine Raider Battalions (MRBs), Marine Special Operations Companies (MSOCs), and Marine Special Operations Teams (MSOTs). * Assist the MRR FOPS with leading MRR's force modernization effort to include integration with MCWL, experimental exercises, and integration with DoD and civilian science and technology initiatives.

* Assist the MRR FOPSO in leading the MRR Experimentation, Innovation, and Integration (EI&I) Strategy and implementation process to include: * Weekly MRR EI&I Working Groups. * Synchronization of MRR subordinate unit Gap Managers. * Attendance in and information distribution of MARSOC Capability Development Team working groups.

* Providing oversight of MRR/MRB RCIDS submissions. * Support MRR equities in the MARSOC Component Requirements Evaluation Review Board (RERB) process through overall preparedness, and staff synchronization and de- confliction across the command when seeking a sourcing solution. * Aid in regimental capability development priorities, via thorough: collection, validation, experimentation, synchronization, integration, consumption rate and the maintenance/ sustainment of equipment by, with and through the understanding of regimental operations, mission's, unit priorities and funding processes.

* Assist in managing a current and detailed MRR Gap List. * Assist FOPSO in future JCET and Exercise management. * Assist with the development and management of the MRR Lessons Learned process ICW through the MRR's staff to provide insight, lessons learned, and recommendations to Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC) and G7 on suggested curriculum adjustments, inputs for Future Force Design and needs of the force, such as selected personnel, new curriculums, and new military occupational specialties (MOSs).

* Assist the MRR FOPSO with preparation and executions MARSOC and service level Wargames ICW component. * Assist the MRR FOPSO with preparation and execution of Cognitive Raider Series events and symposiums ICW with the G5. * Prepare SITREP and DOWNREP entries to be included in the MRR SITREP/DOWNREP to maximize awareness, action, and participation in all relevant Force Modernization and Experimentation initiatives.

Job Requirements Requirements: * Acquisition experience preferred. * Strong analytical experience. * 5+ years of SOF experience required, With 2yrs at the Bn level or above preferred.

* 10+ years of military experience required. * Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products. Security Clearance: * Secret Security Clearance required; TS (SCI) eligible.
