Position Summary

We are seeking a full time motivated and skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives across all PVPS locations and service lines. This role supports patient acquisition, retention, brand awareness, provider promotion, events, social media, website management, email marketing, vendor relationships, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaigns alongside Social Media and Marketing Coordinator.

Coordinate promotions, events, and seasonal initiatives alongside Social Media and Marketing Coordinator.

Digital Marketing Channels

Maintain content found on the PVPS website. Adding new before and after photos, procedure pages, promotions and event information.

Create promotional emails, event invitations, newsletters, provider spotlights, and other email campaigns through Constant Contact.

Review digital ad performance and work with their creative team to develop ads for new promotions.

Manage business profiles by responding to reviews and updating imagery or information.

Event Planning, Community Outreach & Sponsorship Management

Plan and execute in‑office and community events.

Coordinate vendors, sponsorships, catering, signage, and giveaways with the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator.

Serve as the primary point of contact for community partnership and sponsorship opportunities.

Evaluate requests and community involvement opportunities to ensure alignment with PVPS brand goals and budget.

Manage relationships with industry representatives and vendors on behalf of PVPS.

Find new co‑op marketing opportunities.

Budget, Reporting, & Analytics

Track your marketing budget across all channels.

Prepare reports for marketing, leadership, and board meetings.

Review KPIs on a regular basis to track performance – acknowledging wins, or areas of opportunity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and appropriate experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management and content creation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media strategy and execution, particularly in high‑growth environments.
  • Proven ability to leverage influencer partnerships and build online communities effectively.
  • Creative thinker, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to engage audiences.
  • Energetic, resilient, and passionate about driving growth in a fast‑paced sector.
  • Multi‑site experience working with diverse brands.
