Who are we hiring?

The Senior Manager of People Acquisition will lead full-lifecycle recruitment for a broad range of technology roles across the MSG family of companies. This leader will partner closely with business leadership, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consultative talent acquisition solutions aligned with the evolving technology needs of our Venues, Studios, and Corporate Offices. The Senior Manager will be responsible for building and sustaining robust talent pipelines while driving efficiency, process rigor, and an exceptional candidate and internal client experience. This role requires a strategic, hands‑on leader with deep expertise in recruiting specialized technology talent within a dynamic, creative, and fast‑paced environment.

What will you do?

  • Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process, from requisition intake through offer and hire, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with business priorities across corporate, venue, and studio environments, including operations, creative, technical, and production teams.
  • Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top‑tier technology talent in support of both immediate business needs and long‑term organizational goals.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to gain a deep understanding of departmental culture, creative vision, business strategy, and role‑specific talent profiles, ensuring hiring outcomes align with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing expert coaching on interviewing, selection, and onboarding best practices, with a focus on securing high‑quality, diverse talent.
  • Lead innovative sourcing initiatives leveraging social media, networking, direct outreach, and market intelligence to engage both active and passive candidates and build strong pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Stay current on technology and industry trends, emerging talent markets, and evolving recruitment practices to maintain a competitive advantage in attracting top technical talent.
  • Manage both candidate and internal client experiences by setting clear expectations, maintaining consistent communication, and ensuring a smooth, transparent, and engaging recruitment process that reflects our culture and values.
  • Oversee offer development and negotiations in partnership with compensation and business stakeholders to ensure competitive, equitable, and aligned offers.
  • Meet or exceed hiring targets and key recruiting metrics, including time to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire; analyze and report on recruiting data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the People Acquisition team to refine and scale recruitment processes, implement best practices, and streamline workflows to support growth and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on‑site.

What You need to succeed?

  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technology roles within media, entertainment, or similarly complex, fast paced industries.
  • A demonstrated passion for the entertainment industry—including film, television, digital media, gaming, and related fields—with a proven track record recruiting highly specialized studio and technology talent.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while balancing competing priorities with strong attention to detail and excellence.
  • Exceptional consultative and relationship‑building skills, with the credibility to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, inclusive, and creative environment, engaging seamlessly with stakeholders ranging from creative leadership to production and technical teams.
  • Strong judgment and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to proactively address challenges, elevate issues appropriately, and operate effectively across East and West Coast time zones.

Pay Range

$155,000 — $175,000 USD
