As a Staffing Coordinator, youll play a key role in our hiring process, including:

  • Conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
  • Review job descriptions/job orders with client and match individuals correctly to the client.
  • Take accurate job orders from clients.
  • Fill all open orders from clients.
  • Answering phone calls and emails.


Specific Abilities:

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
  • Previous staffing experience a plus
  • Customer service experience necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Computer skills (MS Word and MS Outlook)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to check in employees
