Job description

Your Job
As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers by coordinating execution activities that keep projects moving-plans, schedules, documentation, meetings, and follow-ups. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and will primarily support Proof of Concept (POC) lab, Advanced Manufacturing, and other operations projects as needed.
Visa sponsorship is not being offered for this role.
What You Will Do
  • Support Project Managers in building and maintaining action plans (resources, timelines, budgets).
  • Coordinate project activities and serve as an interface between team members and managers.
  • Maintain accurate, current, and accessible project documentation (schedules, budgets, and reports).
  • Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture action items and drive follow-up.
  • Track milestones and deliverables to support on-time, quality project execution.
  • Identify project risks and support mitigation on planning and escalate isses as appropriate.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination support for Proof of Concept labs, Advanced Technology, and Operations Project Management execution needs.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
  • Industry or academic experienc with at least (1) of the following: MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet or similar.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 (Power Point, Excel, and Word) for creating presentations and data tracking & analysis.
  • Experience working with project schedules, documentation, tracking milestones, and status reporting (industry or academic projects).
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

What Will Put You Ahead
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Korean
  • PMP or other project management certification

For this role, we anticipate paying $60,000 - $100,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
