The Salesforce Developer plays a critical role in advancing the technical maturity of the Airgas Salesforce platform. This position involves collaborating with business stakeholders to engineer both standard configurations and sophisticated custom solutions, ensuring the cloud infrastructure scales effectively in alignment with expanding industrial operations.
  • Drive the continuous advancement and technical maturity of the Airgas Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Partner with cross-functional business units to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical specifications.
  • Implement solutions utilizing a strategic combination of standard configurations and sophisticated custom development to optimize platform performance.
  • Ensure all designs and hands-on coding adhere to high-level architectural standards and best practices within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce engineer or development role.
  • Custom Development: Proven ability to design and develop custom solutions using Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Configuration & Design: Expertise in designing complex standard configurations (Flows, validation rules, advanced security) and translating business requirements into robust technical specifications.
  • System Integration: Experience implementing system integrations between CRM, Data Cloud, and external platforms, and applying Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administration, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer).
  • Experience with specialized Salesforce products, including Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Data Cloud, and Tableau.
