TAT Technologies' Greensboro site serves as the company's Center of Excellence for Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) and landing gear MRO services, as well as aircraft component leasing solutions. Supporting commercial and military aircraft operators worldwide, the site provides integrated maintenance and asset management solutions that maximize fleet availability, reduce downtime, and improve operational performance.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Trading and Leasing to establish and nurture strategic relationships with customer and lead high performance commercial deals. In this role, you will work closely with TAT Group sales managers responsible for growing sales. You will do this by working closely with the Customer Service team and customers building relationships and opportunities.

This position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and success within TAT Trading and Leasing aerospace sales division, contributing to the company's strategic expansion plans and continued market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Learn all aspects of running TAT Trading and Leasing to become second in command.
  • Review processes of TAT Trading and recommend improvements.
  • Team with Leader of TAT Trading and Leasing to grow TAT Trading to $25M by 2026. Focusing on revenue and margin targets for short-term and long-term opportunities.
  • Manage and Grow Lease / Exchange Pool of APU’s. Providing world class to customers around the world.
  • Develop Lease and Exchange Agreement.
  • Lead the growth of the GTCP131-9A / B and GTCP331-500 Standard Accounts.
  • Execute TAT Trading and Leasing sales and growth, ensuring key customer needs and service expectations are managed across the organization.
  • Drive the end-to-end pursuit process, overcoming obstacles to ensure deals are closed on time with maximum value to the customer.
  • Maintain an updated database of accounts and pursuits in Salesforce, providing clear status updates to management.

Requirements

  • Strong sales background with a history of building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth.
  • Aerospace commercial and/or MRO aftermarket sales experience is highly preferred, along with prior experience working for or with airlines in commercial, trading, technical, sales, purchasing, or supply chain roles at or above the buyer level.
  • Documented ability to manage multiple sales pursuits in an aggressive timeline environment, focusing on meeting deadlines and driving deal closure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven to achieve results across various cultures.
  • Demonstrated capability in utilizing business and financial acumen to compose complex commercial deals proposals and negotiate final terms.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools for managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Ability to operate and solve problems where ambiguity and conflicting priorities may exist.
  • Unwavering commitment to operate in a highly compliant, diverse, and inclusive atmosphere.

  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
