Your Role:

As a Regional Industrial MRO Sales Representative, you will:

Develop and Manage Accounts – Build relationships with industrial customers, manufacturers, and key decision-makers within manufacturing, maintenance, and construction industries.

Drive New Business Growth – Identify and pursue new opportunities within the MRO sector, increasing revenue and market share.

Provide Expert Solutions – Recommend and sell a wide range of MRO products, including fasteners, tools, safety equipment, adhesives, and related industrial supplies.

Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work with supply chain, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Track and Report Sales Metrics – Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records and monitor sales performance.

Experience – 3+ years of proven success in MRO, Industrial sales, or Related B2B sales.

Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of MRO products, industrial applications, and market trends.
