The MRO Clerk will coordinate inventory levels and department needs by performing the following duties:
Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions: • Receiving and Inspection. • Identify and issue out needed parts. • Keeps track of parts being repaired and trend in the issues. • Organizing inventory items by equipment type. • Physical inventories and Cycle counts. • Operate forklift as needed. • Respond to daily emails and their requests. • Develops and maintains basic follow up system for own use and brings items requiring follow up to supervisor's attention. • Execution of strategic initiatives to reduce costs and improve service. • Must have computer skills to utilize company systems for inventory control (SAP, FastPick, etc).
QualificationsRequired Education & Experience: • High School diploma or GED. • Excellent communication, people skills, relationship building, strong customer service. • Strong proficiency in ERP software. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • High degree of accuracy and detail. Preferred Education and Experience: • Experience in automotive manufacturing and /or engineering and sales driven business. • Experience working in a Germany based (international) organization. • Bilingual German/Spanish a plus.
