We have offices in Germany, UAE and two locations in India. Our expertise comprises SAP, Workday, digital transformation using a variety of tools and technologies and now in AI through a partner network. SAP MRO Job Description:

Position: SAP MRO Senior Consultant

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) Preferably Engineering
  • Minimum two E2E Implementation Project along with experience in Support / Roll out / Upgrade Projects
  • 10 - 15 Yrs. of Experience SAP and Domain

Professional Mandatory Requirements:

  • Overall 5+ years experience in SAP MM, PM, CS, MRO., IMRO
  • Proven experience of at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation in MRO related environment.
  • Experience of working on End-to-End process of MRO starting Induction/Inspection, Planning and Scheduling, Work Order Execution and related Functionality.
  • Conduct detailed business process analysis and gap analysis, specifically focusing on the unique challenges of MRO, including strict asset tracking, security protocols, and sensitive data management.
  • Design and configure SAP solutions for critical MRO processes, including:
    • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Ensuring high operational uptime of complex Assemblies, vehicles, and support equipment.
    • Configuration Control: Managing complex, serialized assets and their hierarchies.
    • Spare Parts Management: Optimizing the supply chain for mission-critical parts and managing restricted interchangeability.
  • Work Order & Depot Maintenance: Streamlining repair and overhaul activities for major assemblies and components.
  • Good knowledge in MRO Integration with other SAP modules such as Production Planning, Sales/Distribution, Project Systems, Procurement etc.
  • Preferable to understand Maintenance Engineering Processes and Data Objects Maintenance Task lists, Maintenance Programs, As-Allowed and As-Maintained structures

Good to have:

  • Knowledge on ABAP debugging.
  • SAP Certification will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge on Integration Modules like CS / SD / MM / PM / PP / FI-CO will be an added advantage.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support SAP S/4HANA MRO implementations and enhancements.
  • Integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PM, and CS.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design end-to-end MRO processes.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals.
  • Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
  • Stay updated on SAP innovations and best practices in MRO.
