Onsite Job: Manufacturing Analyst/Admin Level 1
Work Location: El Segundo, CA
Work Schedule: 9x80 A

Job Description:
• Support production, business, and manufacturing operations in a team-based environment.
• Coordinate production planning, scheduling, material management, and process improvement activities.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize presentations, and gather data for leadership.
• Support cross-functional teams while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform basic data analysis, reporting, and administrative support for manufacturing operations.
Must Haves:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas).
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Basic data analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience managing schedules, meetings, and competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience supporting manufacturing in an aerospace or industrial environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRO systems such as SAP or MES.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau reporting and dashboards.
Education/Experience:
Requires strong administrative, scheduling, and Microsoft Excel experience with the ability to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. Associate's or Bachelor's degree and aerospace manufacturing experience are preferred.
