Description

Radiology Ltd., is a 500-employee medical imaging organization providing World-Class Imaging to improve the health of all Southern Arizona. Radiology Ltd. is seeking a PRN Technologist Assistant (TA) at our Wilmot site. Hours vary based on business need, however weekends and some weekday evening hours will be required.

The TA will provide assistance to radiology staff for patients obtaining MRI, CT and other exams. We will train the right candidates!

Responsibilities and Duties of the Position:

  • Prepare patients for exams
  • Interview patient prior to exam and provide accurate documentation for technologist and radiologist
  • Provide patient education for scheduled exams
  • Ability to help lift coils and assist the technologist with patient transfers
  • Assist technologists and radiologists with other duties as needed
Qualifications

Experience and Other Requirements:

  • Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and adaptability to a busy workflow
  • Ability to work on a team and seek out where help is needed
  • Responsible, reliable and willing to adhere to an established schedule
  • Proficient in Windows based PC applications
  • Prior medical office experience helpful but not required
