Regional Engineer – Stormwater Infrastructure

We are seeking a Regional Engineer to join a growing leader in the stormwater infrastructure industry. This customer-facing engineering role is ideal for a civil engineer who enjoys building relationships, influencing project specifications, and working directly with consulting engineers, municipalities, and contractors to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consulting engineers, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and customers.
  • Promote the specification and approval of stormwater products for public and private infrastructure projects.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team through project reviews, product recommendations, and value engineering.
  • Conduct Lunch & Learn presentations and technical training sessions for engineers and industry professionals.
  • Identify upcoming projects early in the design cycle and help overcome technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in civil engineering, stormwater infrastructure, water resources, or technical sales preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a multi-state territory.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 50%.
