The 3 month rule in moving work typically refers to a probationary period of three months during which an employee's performance is evaluated before permanent employment is confirmed. This period allows employers to assess skills, reliability, and fit for the job, often influencing job security and benefits. It is common in temporary or seasonal moving jobs to have such a trial period to ensure suitability for ongoing work.
