We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team serving in the Las Vegas market. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying leads. Responsible for building relationships with potential clients and helping to grow the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research, cold calling, and networking to find potential clients.
  • Prospecting: Engage with leads through calls, emails, and social media to qualify interest.
  • Market Research: Analyze trends and customer needs to inform outreach efforts.
  • Building Relationships: Establish rapport with prospects and communicate company value.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and update leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
