Job description

Boulders Resort & Spa Scottsdale is looking for a full-time hourly position, in office  Sales Coordinator to join their Sales team! When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a  Sales Coordinator, you’re not just supporting the event booking process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Provide exceptional client service: Take and assist with entering and responding to client inquiries, manage calls, emails, provide timely, professional support throughout the group booking process. Liasson with Marketing and PR as directed.  
  • Support the process: Motivated self-starter that will assist with scheduling client meetings and site inspections to deliver a seamless guest experience. Send proposes or other client communications as directed.
  • Coordinate logistics: Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services and amenities.
  • Prepare and distribute documents: Enter leads, create contracts, diagrams, support with weekly and monthly reports, input final group pick up reports, group and media site alerts preparation and guest interaction.
  • Stay organized and detail-focused: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency.
  • Team focused: Excellent customer services internally and externally.  Work in alignment with all resort departments. We are a dynamic fast moving sales and marketing team and are looking for a new team member that can pivot quickly and a contribute to the overall success of the Resort.

Requirements:
  • Prior Hospitality experience required 2 years. Previous Hilton experience a plus.
  • Delphi FDC, Microsoft, Excel, Google Docs.
