We are looking for a driven Market Manager to lead and grow our moving operations in the.This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to Regional Manager for the right candidate.

You’ll take ownership of building a reliable team, managing daily schedules, and ensuring smooth operations across all jobs in your market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of movers and drivers
  • Build weekly schedules and ensure full job coverage
  • Oversee daily operations and job execution
  • Address customer concerns and ensure service quality
  • Step in on jobs when needed to support your team
  • Maintain team accountability, attendance, and performance
  • Coordinate with leadership on hiring needs and market growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in operations, logistics, or team leadership

Compensation:
