Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Movers & Packers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with packing, loading, transporting, and unloading customer belongings safely and efficiently for both residential and commercial moves.

This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team while delivering a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack, wrap, and protect furniture and household items for safe transport
  • Load and unload items onto and off of moving trucks
  • Safely transport items without damage
  • Unpack and place items in designated areas at the customer's location
  • Follow all company procedures and safety standards on every job
  • Maintain awareness of inventory and ensure no items are lost or damaged
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
  • Assist with basic warehouse or storage tasks as needed

*Movers are expected to handle items carefully and work efficiently while maintaining safety at all times

Requirements
  • Ability to lift heavy items (50–100+ lbs) and perform physical labor throughout the day
  • Strong work ethic and reliability (on time, ready to work)
