The company provides a wide range of heavy lift and transport equipment, including SPMTs, Industrial Lift Transporters, Hydraulic Trailers, Carriers, Travel Lifts, Gantry Cranes, Dockside Mobile Cranes, Submersible Transporters and Material Movers. TPSE also supports organizations that already own heavy lift transport equipment with service and spare parts. Factory-trained service technicians deliver repairs, preventative maintenance, and technical assistance on-site to meet customer needs. TPSE is focused on reliable solutions, technical expertise, and long-term relationships with clients in demanding industrial environments.

Role Description The position of Contract Administrator. Prepare sales contracts and purchase agreements.

Handle Negotiation of terms

Review and update existing contracts

Explain terms and conditions to interested parties

Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms

Stay up-to date with legislative changes

Ensure all deadlines and conditions described in contracts are met (e.g. payments, procurement and shipping)

Maintain system of physical and digital records

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Quick Books.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cocoa, FL and collaborate in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Position is Full Time - Office based in Cocoa, Florida
