Summary: We are seeking a hardworking and motivated early-morning Tire Technician to join our operations team. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for the proper dismounting of tires and the identification of tire and wheel packages according to company standards. You will help maintain a safe and clean work environment while operating equipment and tools with care and efficiency. A successful Tire Technician will demonstrate a professional attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Hours: Full-time: 4:00 AM-12:30 PM; 5 days a week

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a labor-intensive or mechanical role preferred, but not required - we'll train the right candidate!
  • Ability to lift and handle objects weighing at least 45 pounds.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive movements typical in the tire industry.
  • Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and teamwork.
  • Reliable communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies, dress code, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safely and properly dismount tires according to company training and guidelines.
  • Operate tools and equipment related to tire removal with precision and care.
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and complete electronic checklists.
  • Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a safe, organized workspace.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and housekeeping standards.
  • Report any workplace accidents or incidents to your supervisor immediately.
  • Demonstrate dependability and maintain regular attendance.
  • Attend required meetings and ongoing training sessions to ensure compliance with evolving company practices.
