Job description

Job Overview:
  • Perform clinical assessments including blood pressure, venipuncture, weight, pulse, respiratory xx, and temperature readings.
  • Prepare and accurately record ECGs and Holter monitor readings.
  • Collect and process biological samples as per study protocols and ensure proper distribution.
  • Monitor participant meals to ensure compliance with dietary requirements.
  • Assist in preparing rooms and medical equipment for clinical procedures.
  • Support screening procedures as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical and study environment.
  • Work in a fast-paced, protocol-driven environment with strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and ensure smooth coordination with team members.
  • Utilize electronic systems for data collection and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with current state licensure.
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • ACLS certification.
  • 1-3 years of nursing experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated clinical research environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working with technology and electronic data systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinical procedures and patient assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to study protocols and timelines.
  • Collect and manage clinical data accurately.
  • Support clinical trial operations and participant care.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
