Job description


  • Assist investigators as coordinator of complex clinical research studies

  • Coordinate multiple research studies simultaneously when required

  • Act as liaison with the school, sponsoring agency, community, and study participants

  • Manage and record all phases of study protocols to ensure compliance

  • Assist in developing research project plans and interpreting results

  • Collaborate on manuscripts and grant proposals

  • Assist with protocol amendments and study design modifications

  • Coordinate forms, questionnaires, research techniques, and procedure manuals

  • Review journals, abstracts, and scientific literature

  • Implement and manage all study/protocol phases

  • Establish record-keeping systems and assess participant progress

  • Analyze, investigate, and report adverse events

  • Determine when to notify physicians, stop participant inclusion, or adjust protocols

  • Resolve protocol management issues and recommend corrective action

  • Serve as liaison with funding or sponsoring agencies

  • Evaluate and interpret clinical data

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
