ABOUT THE ROLE:
Move-In / Move-Out Coordinator - Assisted Living & Memory Care
The Move-In / Move-Out Coordinator plays a central role in creating a smooth, compassionate, and well-organized transition experience for residents and their families in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. This position ensures every step of the move-in and move-out process is handled with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL...
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new residents, families, and referral partners throughout the transition process.
- Coordinate all logistics related to move-ins and move-outs, including apartment readiness, maintenance requests, housekeeping schedules, and required documentation.
- Guide families through assessments, paperwork, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with state and community standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams-including nursing, sales, activities, dining, and maintenance-to ensure a seamless resident experience.
- Provide compassionate support, especially for families navigating cognitive decline, dementia, or emotional transitions.
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, room changes, deposits, notices, and resident status updates.
- Conduct welcome orientations for new residents and families, helping them acclimate to community life and available services.
- Oversee move-out procedures, including final walkthroughs, documentation, and coordination with billing.
- Monitor apartment turnover timelines to support occupancy goals and operational efficiency.
- Support marketing and sales efforts by ensuring model units and available apartments are tour-ready.
- Utilize Salesforce, email platforms, and internal systems to manage communication and resident records.
- Assist with light furniture moving and apartment setup as needed to support resident transitions.
- Participate in evening events, weekend moves, or community functions as needed.

- Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends

Reliable commute or plans to relocate before starting work required.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour starting pay
Plus commission opportunity
