Job Description

Tanager Bank is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Mountain View branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing branch operations, developing employees, building customer relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving branch growth.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong banking knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for community involvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead daily branch operations and customer service activities.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch employees.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive deposit growth through business development and relationship-building efforts.
  • Promote bank products and services through referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor branch performance and achievement of operational and sales goals.
  • Oversee cash management, vault controls, branch security, and internal controls.
  • Manage audits, examinations, and operational reviews.
  • Resolve customer concerns and operational issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications
