We are seeking a mechanically inclined and detail-oriented injection mold operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mold changeovers, basic maintenance and repair of molds and related equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of production tools.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform mold changeovers, including removal and installation of tooling, air lines, fill guns, and material supply hoses
  • Inspect and evaluate molds; relocate them based on assessment outcomes
  • Conduct minor repairs and preventative maintenance on molds and presses
  • Rebuild and test fill guns to ensure proper operation
  • Verify mold setup through test runs
  • Maintain appropriate levels of spare parts for mold maintenance and fill gun repairs
  • Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) and complete safety check documentation
  • Accurately complete production and quality records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area following 5S standards
  • Perform all tasks in compliance with company safety and quality standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
