Remote Position Personal Lines Motorsports Account Executive

A day in the life.

As our personal lines motorsports account executive on the motorsports practice team, you will expertly support a high-volume book of business dedicated to high-net-worth clients with prized motorsports and collector vehicles. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in motorsports insurance products and risk management strategies while advancing your professional growth. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional client service, providing tailored coverage solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to protect the unique assets and passions of our clientele. You'll review client exposures, loss history, and current coverages for collector cars, competition race cars, trailers, and related equipment, recommending the right motorsports insurance products and services while presenting up-to-date market data from specialty carriers to help clients navigate complex risks. You'll also provide proactive, day-to-day serviceโ€”anticipating client needs and responding quickly by phone, email, or in personโ€”gather detailed information about risk management preferences and financial loss tolerance, and evaluate and propose tailored solutions. You'll prepare renewal proposals and lead annual client advisory reviews, drive retention and new business through exceptional service and referrals, negotiate with multiple specialty carriers to secure compliant, comprehensive coverage, act as a trusted advisor on protecting motorsports assets, coordinate pre-event risk assessments and insurance planning for events and track days, and manage the claims process from submission through resolution.

  • Demonstrated expertise in insurance products, endorsements, policy wordings, regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies.
  • Property & casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage expectations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, carriers, and clients.
  • Established relationships with specialty motorsports and personal lines carriers such as Hagerty, Chubb, AIG, and PURE.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $123,100.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
