  • Perform maintenance and repairs on Triumph motorcycles and other brands as needed
  • Complete factory-scheduled services, diagnostics, and warranty repairs
  • Accurately document work performed on repair orders
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new motorcycles
  • Install accessories and performance upgrades
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members about repair status and findings
  • Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement
  • Motorcycle technician experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic skills
  • Passion for motorcycles and riding culture
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop
  • Ability to lift and move motorcycles with proper equipment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
