Job description

Ridezilla is seeking a dependable, hardworking Lot Porter / Detailer to support our dealership operations in Americus, GA.
This is an active, hands-on position focused on keeping our Side by Sides, ATVs, motorcycles, and other powersports units clean, organized, staged, and ready for customers. This individual will also help maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, showroom, and service areas.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active throughout the day, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the dealership looking its best and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Unit Detailing & Preparation
  • Wash, clean, and detail new and pre-owned Side by Sides, ATVs, motorcycles, and other powersports units.
  • Prepare units for showroom display, customer pickup, delivery, and dealership events.
  • Clean exterior surfaces, wheels, tires, plastics, seats, and other components.
  • Remove dirt, mud, dust, stickers, residue, and other materials from units.
  • Perform final appearance checks to ensure units meet dealership presentation standards.
  • Maintain detailing supplies, equipment, and cleaning areas in an organized manner.

Lot & Unit Management
  • Move and stage powersports units throughout the dealership lot, showroom, service areas, and storage locations.
  • Organize inventory to maintain a clean, professional, and customer-ready dealership appearance.
  • Assist with repositioning units for sales displays, service appointments, customer pickups, and deliveries.
  • Help receive and organize incoming inventory.
  • Monitor units on the lot for cleanliness, damage, or presentation concerns and communicate issues to management.
  • Assist Sales and Service teams with locating and staging units as needed.

Dealership & Shop Support
  • Assist the Sales, Service, and Parts teams with general operational needs.
  • Help prepare units for customer deliveries and ensure they are clean and presentation-ready.
  • Assist with basic unit preparation and setup as directed.
  • Operate forklifts and other dealership equipment when trained and authorized.
  • Help load and unload units when needed.
  • Support dealership events, promotions, and inventory organization as required.

Facility & Lot Upkeep
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the lot, showroom, service areas, and storage areas.
  • Sweep, remove trash and debris, and keep customer-facing areas clean and professional.
  • Keep detailing equipment, tools, and supplies properly organized.
  • Assist with general dealership upkeep as needed.
  • Follow all dealership safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
  • Previous detailing, lot porter, dealership, automotive, powersports, or similar experience preferred.
  • Comfortable operating and moving motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, and other powersports equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, customer-ready inventory.
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to assist wherever needed.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform physical work throughout the day, including standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds as needed.
  • Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to obtain certification after hire.
  • Ability to pass required pre-employment screening.
