RideNow Powersports Kansas, is seeking a passionate and skilled Service Technician C Level to join our dynamic team. As the largest powersports dealer network in the country, RideNow is the face of powersports, offering customers a one-of-a-kind experience for thrill-seekers looking to conquer any terrain.
As a Flat-Rate Service Technician at RideNow Powersports, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing powersports vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, and Slingshots
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals
  • Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
  • Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality
  • Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Flat-Rate Service Technician is preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of powersports vehicles and their mechanisms
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Motorcycle endorsement preferred and required for some technician roles.
