Office Manager / Title Clerk - Motorcycle Dealership

We're hiring an organized, detail-oriented professional to join a busy motorcycle dealership as an Office Manager / Title Clerk. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly, handling titles, registrations, paperwork, and day-to-day office functions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do
  • Process motorcycle titles, registrations, lien releases, and related documents accurately and on time.

  • Ensure all deal paperwork is complete and meets state and dealership requirements.

  • Track title work from start to finish and maintain precise records.

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Accounting, and customers to support a smooth delivery process.

  • Maintain dealership files and protect confidential customer information.

  • Assist with accounts receivable/payable and general office operations.

  • Communicate with state agencies, lenders, and vendors as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a title clerk, in a dealership, automotive, powersports, or administrative role preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
