What You'll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing Fox Factory's business throughout your assigned territory by developing new dealership relationships while maximizing existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Ram, Jeep, Nissan, and other franchise dealerships
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic business development and account management
  • Prospect new dealership opportunities and expand Fox Factory's dealer network
  • Develop quarterly and annual sales forecasts by product line, vehicle platform, and SKU
  • Maximize revenue per vehicle through product mix and value-based selling
  • Implement best practices that improve dealership sales performance and retail success
  • Conduct regular in-person dealership visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and ride-and-drive events
  • Identify new vehicle platforms, emerging market opportunities, and business development initiatives aligned with Fox Factory's growth strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product launches and dealer support
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, sales forecasts, and pipeline management

Where You'll Work

This is a home-based, hybrid position supporting the Northeast territory.

Candidates should reside within the Northwest territory and be willing to travel extensively throughout the region.

Regular overnight travel is expected to conduct face-to-face dealership visits. Quarterly travel to Fox Factory facilities or other regions may also be required for sales meetings, training, product launches, and team collaboration.
