Our Motorcycle Sales Associates are expected to drive sales and leases of new and used vehicles at our dealership, exceeding volume, and customer satisfaction targets. They also capture internet sales, while prioritizing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.ย ย 

Motorcycle Sales Associates Compensation and Benefits:ย 

Motorcycle Sales Associates Competitive Salary:ย Commission sales position with commission of 20% according to terms of pay plan, with average total monthly compensation of $5,000-$8,000 and increased earnings potential based on productivity/number of sales.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximatelyย 96ย hours in the first year, with increases over time.ย 

Comprehensive Benefits Package:ย Hannah Motor Company provides extensive health benefits starting the first month after 60 days of employment. Options include medical, dental, vision, Health Savings and Flexible Spending accounts, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability, alongside a robust 401(k) plan for retirement planning.ย 

Paid Holidays:ย Hannah Motor Company offers at least 2 paid holidays per year to Motorcycle Sales Associates subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.ย 

Motorcycle Sales Associate Responsibilities:ย 

  • Satisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
  • Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
  • Sells/leases and delivers a minimum of 10 units per month.ย 
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
  • Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.ย 
  • Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.ย 
  • Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.ย 
  • Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.ย 
  • Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.ย 
  • Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.ย 
  • Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.ย
