Pikes Peak Harley-Davidsonยฎ is growing at a record pace and currently seeking an experienced motorcycle enthusiast to sell new and used motorcycles. This self-motivated, ambitious individual must be able to sell to walk-in guests, develop long term relationships, and actively call on prospects. We are looking for a proven closer who can sell to a wide variety of riders including first-time owners, sport bike and touring riders and those who like to personalize their ride. Working at Pikes Peak Harley-Davidsonยฎ is a fun and rewarding experience. We schedule our salespeople for regular FT shifts which include working most (if not all) Saturdays.

No sales experience required. GREAT ATTITUDE REQUIRED!!! We will train the right candidates!

  • Motorcycle endorsement Preferred
  • Previous CRM a plus, but not required
  • Ability to learn and adapt to in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and demonstrated closing skills
  • Must be willing to learn all areas of the dealership to maximize the customers buying experience
  • Must provide excellent customer service
  • Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be honest and ethical in all aspects of the business
  • Greet customers immediately and in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Ensure customers are properly qualified for their needs and ability to buy
  • Always work within compliant legal guidelines
  • Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas on a regular basis
  • Contact customers using various methods such as call list and personal follow-up to encourage sales.
  • Handle customer complaints timely and demonstrate a sincere desire to follow through to resolution
  • Continually learn more about the products and services available and attend required training to keep with current sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate consistent ability to maintain composure under pressure even if faced with difficult situation
