Job Summary
Specialty Motorsports is seeking a full-time in-house Social Media & Graphic Designer to support daily content creation, marketing campaigns, and dealership promotions.
This role is execution-focused. We are looking for someone who understands clean design, customer-first marketing, and can produce polished creative assets without heavy oversight. You will capture high-quality photos of motorcycles and inventory for listings, social media, and promotional use, with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail to ensure professional, sales-ready photography. You will also maintain the comments section of all posts, ensure every message published on social media aligns with our company's voice, and stay up to date with relevant social media trends. In a growing dealership environment, this role will occasionally require wearing multiple hats and stepping in where needed to support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must be mature, self-directed, and capable of managing projects independently without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Design graphics for social media, website promotions, email campaigns, and in-store marketing materials
  • Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok style) using Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut
  • Edit and prepare inventory-based visuals and promotional assets
  • Capture high-quality photos of motorcycles and inventory for use in listings, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing to support monthly campaigns
  • Execute content based on strategic direction and campaign goals
  • Organize and manage project files in a clean and structured manner
  • Create content for social media across multiple platforms in a variety of formats
  • Monitor social media interactions across all platforms
  • Monitor social media trends with an eye for implementing them within the current marketing campaign
  • Manage and maintain a living social media calendar
  • Work closely with other teams as needed to ensure brand consistency
  • Create reports that show the progress and outcomes of social media campaigns
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Basic short-form video editing skills (CapCut acceptable)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail to ensure professional, sales-ready photography.

This is an in-house position in Sacramento. Remote work is not available. We are not looking for trend-only content creators. We are looking for someone who can design with purpose and support marketing goals.
