Position Summary

Tom Wood Indian Motorcycles of Lafayette is seeking a dependable and detail oriented Lot Attendant to help maintain the appearance, organization, and readiness of our dealership. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales and service teams by ensuring motorcycles and the lot are clean, well staged, and customer ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, showroom, and display areas
  • Move, stage, and position motorcycles safely for sales, service, and delivery
  • Perform basic cleaning and detailing of motorcycles to maintain a professional presentation
  • Assist with motorcycle deliveries, inventory organization, and event setup
  • Support the sales and service teams with lot and vehicle needs
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed when operating or moving motorcycles
  • Provide a positive first impression for customers through professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate motorcycles (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
