Sr. Manager, Creative Design & Multimedia 

Position Overview 

The Sr. Manager, Creative Design & Multimedia leads the visual creative function supporting enterprise communications and engagement. This role oversees graphic design and multimedia production, ensuring high-quality, cohesive, and brand-aligned creative across digital communications, video, live events, presentations, web, print, and internal channels. 

Leading a team that includes graphic design and multimedia production capabilities, this role provides creative direction, manages priorities and workflows, and partners with communications and business teams to translate objectives into compelling visual experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership and creative judgment with hands-on design expertise. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for graphic design, video production, live event multimedia, motion graphics, and visual content. 
  • Set creative direction and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across enterprise communications, campaigns, events, and executive initiatives. 
  • Oversee creative projects from intake and concept development through production, review, and final delivery. 
  • Translate communication strategies and business objectives into compelling visual concepts and creative solutions. 
  • Provide hands-on design and creative support for high-priority or complex initiatives as needed. 
  • Direct the development of branded assets across digital, web, email, social, presentations, print, video, and live event environments. 
  • Oversee multimedia production supporting town halls, executive broadcasts, filmed content, employee storytelling, and other enterprise events. 
  • Establish and maintain visual standards, templates, design systems, and scalable creative practices. 
  • Manage team priorities, workloads, timelines, and resources to ensure effective delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. 
  • Partner closely with content, digital, events, and business stakeholders to align creative execution with strategic objectives. 
  • Review and provide feedback on creative work to strengthen quality, consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, production capabilities, tools, and processes. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design, creative services, multimedia, or a related field, including experience leading people or creative teams. 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, brand execution, and multimedia content. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related creative tools. 
  • Strong understanding of video production, post-production, motion graphics, and live event multimedia workflows. 
  • Demonstrated ability to provide creative direction, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience translating complex business objectives into clear and compelling visual solutions. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting enterprise, corporate, or executive communications. 
  • Experience leading creative for town halls, employee events, executive communications, and enterprise campaigns. 
  • Familiarity with live-streaming, video production, and digital content workflows. 
  • Experience developing scalable templates, design systems, and creative standards.
  • Familiarity with project management and digital asset management platforms.
